Life Solutions Alumni Support Group: Insight Group
"The Insight Group is a monthly support meeting of former Life Solutions participants who choose to continue to meet once their 11 week program has ended. The group’s purpose is to maintain connections with people who have common experiences and unique insights. The agenda is to quickly share what we are working on and how we are doing. In the process of sharing, we teach each other what works for us and get ideas on what works for others. We also help others realize they are not alone. In 60 minutes we informally connect, share, teach and learn. Join the INSIGHT Alumni (Life Solutions) group for monthly gatherings at the Cappuccino Café in East Lansing, near the US-127 exit at Lake Lansing and Coolidge roads at 5:30 P.M. on the first Monday* of each month."  (Quoted directly from the alumni website)   Click here to learn more about the facilitator of the alumni group, Dennis Sergent.
